I've tried 4 times at sport clips and had 1 decent experience. The other 3 the stylist don't listen at all to what I want done and I always have a picture on my phone to exactly what I want done. They always kinda glance at it and just break out the buzzer and wack everything off in less than 5 min and ask for their $30. It took me 2 years to grow my hair out for an intentional look that I was going for and my heart just dropped when she turned me around to look at everything just chopped to nothing. Completely shocked I paid and walked out without saying a word. Wont be back again.

I'm always please with the results at this location, very friendly staff. Alexis does a great job with my haircuts and the App is a great way to reduce wait time. I always look forward to my visits.
